THERE is a spectacular show in store as Uppermill Cricket Club presents its annual Bonfire and Fireworks Display.
The event on Sunday, November 1 will see ‘Fantastic Fireworks’, the North-West’s leading pyrotechnic firm, put on an eye-catching display.
There will also be live music from the 100-strong Rock Choir and Greenfield Brass Band as well as a DJ, funfair rides, and outside and inside bars.
Food and treat stalls will include pizza, pies and peas, a hog roast, peri-peri chicken, burgers, sweets and an ice-cream van.
Gates open at 2.30pm at Uppermill Cricket Club, on Leefields Close. The bonfire will be lit at 4.15pm, and the fireworks will start at 6.15pm.
Admission is strictly by ticket only, which cost £8 for adults and £3 for children. Tickets can be purchased online here.
