A WET and windy night did not spoil the Christmas spirit as Springhead came together for their village lights switch-on.
There was a great turn out to see special guest Santa turn on the lights at the tree at the junction of Ashbrook Road and Oldham Road.
There was also festive music from Springhead Infants and Primary School choir, band music, and refreshments.
