TALENTED youngsters are dancing with delight after impressive performances at recent championship events.
Members of Saddleworth Dance took part in five street dance competitions throughout 2018, coming away with a host of trophies and awards.
Team Hyper Active placed in the top four at each event in the under 10 years category, while there were also solos and duos who placed in the top five.
One of their best results was achieved when the team placed second at the British Dance Organisation championships in October.
Meanwhile there was a first ever competition appearance for the acro dance team in November when they impressed judges and placed third.
Tracy Johnson, Saddleworth Dance leader, said: “A couple of the girls had never performed in front if people before, never mind taking part in a competition!
“We are all very proud of what they achieved and what everyone has done throughout the year.”
Tracy added a big thank you to Libby Williams who is very dedicated and works hard to help train the dancers and they love her to pieces.
Now the group is preparing for another year and dancing and competitions and would like to create some more teams.
