AN ARTHRITIS sufferer whose life was transformed by changing her diet is releasing her second booklet to pass on hints and tips to others.

Sarah Gall, 62, had endured arthritis for 20 years and suffered so severely from the condition in her spine that she was eventually confined to bed in 2005.
She resorted to a drug free, self-help approach using the Margaret Hills diet to try to relieve her pain as she reacted badly to all prescribed medication.
And Sarah, who lives in Rochdale, was so amazed by the dramatic results that she decided to share her success story in a 20-page booklet to help others in a similar situation.
“After three months of following the diet, taking a mixture of cider vinegar and honey, black strap molasses, Epsom salt baths and doing more exercise, my pains ceased,” said Sarah.
“Since I’ve been on the diet, everything has cleared up. I may get the odd very minor flare-up but I put this down to stress or a deviation from the diet and it always clears in days.
“I decided to write a booklet ‘One Advance Against Arthritis’ to help others and ease their suffering too.
“It contains my account of my recovery, some of my favourite recipes, exercises I found helpful and useful tips that helped me with the diet.”
The booklet has proved a hit around the world and Sarah regularly receives messages from people who relieved their arthritis suffering following her guidance.

The booklet has even been translated into a Danish version by one of her success stories Bente Duch Christensen, who Sarah enjoyed meeting for the first time last summer.
Now, Sarah has a newly-published second booklet called ‘Glorious Food – for arthritis recovery’, packed full of 56 tasty recipes adapted for those following the diet.
Sarah, once an organist at St Anne’s Lydgate, added: “I try and cook all food from scratch and these are my favourite recipes for soups, savouries, puddings, cakes and biscuits.
“They are a tasty way to enjoy your food while sticking to the diet and keeping your arthritis under control.”
‘One Advance Against Arthritis’ is on sale at £3 and ‘Glorious Food – for arthritis recovery’ is on sale for £4.
