Saddleworth family mechanics still in fast lane after 40 years

TOP FLIGHT mechanics are helping a family-run Mercedes specialist to continue to deliver the best services to customers – as they have been doing for more than 40 years.

Dronsfields, whose family live in Dobcross, have built up an enviable reputation over the decades for their loyal service and offering main dealer services at affordable prices.p14 dronsfield40_1_2

They pride themselves on genuine Star diagnostic equipment which the dealers use, not the aftermarket Star computer other garages claim to have.

Backed by their highly-rated team of mechanics operating at state-of-the-art facilities, they ensure they offer prices far cheaper than other dealers but without compromising on quality customer service or solutions.

Their star line-up of mechanics includes HGV mechanic Mike Chianca, who had a distinguished career for Enza Mercedes for more than ten years before coming to Dronsfields.

Steve Pollard worked at Ciceley Mercedes passenger cars and then migrated to work for the famous Mercedes rally car team before joining this firm.

Andy Dearden is fresh out of Mercedes Blackburn (passenger cars) after serving 12 years with them while Gary Coleman worked for Manchester Mercedes for over15 years before joining Dronsfields.

And the distinguished line up is completed by Matthew Kay, who served 12 years in the armed forces as a HGV mechanic then set up his own business as well as remapping ECUs and specialising in enhancing vehicles performance.
