BLUEGRASS SENSATIONS The Cherry Hintons are taking to the stage in Dobcross to help raise funds for charity.
The local favourites will perform live at Dobcross Band Club in aid of Springhill Hospice on Saturday, November 16 starting at 7:30pm.
The band, who performed recently at the fi
rst ever Digg Fest, will be supported by Cris Miles and Peter Walsh.
Tickets cost £7.50, which includes a homemade curry as well as an evening’s entertainment from the bands. There is also a charity raffle.

Meanwhile at another live music event, blues festival favourites The Junkhouse Dog Blues Band will perform on Saturday, November 30 at Diggle Band Club.
The event starts at 7.30pm (doors 7pm) with tickets costing £5 including a hot supper.
Live music events are held on the last Saturday of each month at the club to raise proceeds to help maintain and develop the clubhouse.
