RESIDENTS ARE invited to put forward their views and opinions on polling stations and districts as Oldham Council carries out a review.
If you think you have to walk too far to cast your vote, have struggled accessing a building or can suggest an alternative venue, then the Council wants you to get in touch.
They are particularly keen to hear from any person or organisation with expertise in access for persons with any type of disability to make representations.
Anyone living within the local authority’s boundaries can make a comment.
Details of the existing arrangements are available for inspection in Room 222 Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham and on the Oldham Council website.
Comments and representations may be made in writing to the Returning Officer, Elections Office, Room 222 Civic Centre, West Street, Oldham, OL1 1UL or emailed to election@oldham.gov.uk
The closing date for comments is September 30.
The review is being carried out in accordance with The Electoral Registration and Administration Act 2013.
