SADDLEWORTH 3Ds are marking their 30th birthday with a special day of matches featuring all their teams.
The celebration of 30 seasons of football in the community takes place at 3Ds’ new Counthill Road home on Saturday, June 18 between 11am and 5pm.

The day of football matches will be for all the current teams and next season new U7s.
There will also be a match featuring all the club’s coaches.
Admission and car park is free and there will be refreshments and a licensed bar.
Fourteen of the club’s teams featured in East Manchester Junior Football League cup finals which were staged at the Tameside Stadium, home of Curzon Ashton with eight sides emerging as victors.
Highlights included Under-11 Blues who reached their cup final with some good wins.
However, as you would expect from two teams who had reached the final on merit the game against Droylsden Pythons was a classic close encounter and could only be decided in a nail-biting penalty shootout which the Blues won 3-2 in Steve White’s last game in charge of the team as he his stepping aside to let the coaches Ste Knight and Ben McKinstry take the reins next season.
Under 9 Blues also saw their final go to penalties after a 1 – 1 draw against Failsworth United.
Failsworth took the lead just after the break with a wonderful solo goal, before a corner from Harry Standley was headed home by Sam Royle to take the game to penalties.
Goalkeeper Freddie McConnell was the hero saving two penalties, with Harry Standley and Sam Royle both finding the top corner to win the three-spot kick final 2-0.
There were also cup wins for U7 Blacks, U7 Yellows, U8 Blacks, U8 Blues, U9 Yellows and U10 Reds.
Runners-up in finals were U7 Blues, U7 Reds, U8 Reds, U8 Yellows, U9 Yellows and U10 Yellows.
