LIFE IS too stressful! Teenagers doing exams, the constant stream letters from school demanding money for trips, and sponsorship, a full time job a mountain of washing up and laundry; it’s not hard to understand why I feel a little tense!
I’m sure you recognise this scenario. So, I have decided to do something about it and restore my inner peace!
Indian Head massage is a great treatment for relieving stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis. The experience is deeply calming and relaxing, leaving you feeling energised and revitalised.

Hot stone therapy massage is considered gentler to the body than Swedish massage or deep tissue massage. However because the therapist uses the stones to massage instead of their hands it is said to be able to reach ten times deeper than the use of fingers, making it more intense than a regular Swedish massage.
The stones are heated using water, with temperature ranging from 120-130 degrees Fahrenheit and the treatment uses alternative hot and cold stones; the combination of heat and cool is believed to encourage the body to relax, detox and heal.
