SPECIAL guest Santa helped switch on the Christmas tree lights at Denshaw and bring festive cheer to the village.
Locals gathered at the tree, which is by the crossroads, for the annual event, organised by Light Up Denshaw.
Delph Band led the music and carols before the countdown to the switch-on to make the village twinkle.
