But not David Carpenter, from Springhead, who decided to catch up with the latest news from back home ahead of on a speedy airboat ride to spot alligators in Florida!
David, pictured here with the paper, enjoyed the trip to the ‘sunshine state’ with his family to soak up the rays and take in the local attractions and theme parks.
