YOUNG SWIMMERS from Friezland Primary have made a splash.
They are to represent Oldham in next month’s Greater Manchester Schools’ Winter Games at Sport City’s Aquatics Centre.
The year four and five youngsters were winners of a qualifying competition for Oldham schools which was hosted at Hulme Grammar.
The successful Friezland swimmers were Elliott Bentley, Myles Ley, Sebastian Eastwood, Harry Reeves, Isabel Jackson, Lily Broadbent, Robyn Ley and Myla Baker.
